Sub-processors
The outside services TaxElita uses to run, and what each one receives.
Running the service
- Hosting and database: servers and database where TaxElita and firms' data run (provider to be confirmed at launch; data stored in the region named here).
- Email delivery: the email service that sends sign-in, notification and firm emails, unless a firm connects its own email server.
AI
- Ollama Cloud: the default AI provider for the Copilot and document features.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google: used only if TaxElita assigns them to an AI feature; listed here before they're used.
Messaging and calls (only when a firm connects them)
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): WhatsApp messages a firm sends and receives.
- Telnyx: phone numbers and calls for the AI receptionist.
- Twilio or another SMS provider the firm connects: text messages.
